Every match counts toward your official DUPR rating. Divisions are capped by team rating, not age or years played, so the competition stays fair from the first serve to the final point.
Before you register
What is DUPR?
DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) is pickleball's global rating system. It rates every player from 2.0 to 8.0 based on actual match results, not age, history, or self-assessment. The more you play, the more accurate your rating gets, and it updates after every recorded match. This tournament reports results back to DUPR, so every game you play here counts toward your real rating.
How do divisions work?
Instead of "beginner" or "advanced," teams register under a maximum combined DUPR rating, for example, a DUPR 16 division means your 4 players' ratings can't add up to more than 16.3, with no single player over 4.6. That means a strong player can still team up with a newer one, as long as the team total stays under the cap. It keeps matchups genuinely competitive instead of lopsided.
Who can join?
Teams of 4, exactly 2 men and 2 women per team. Every player needs a DUPR ID before registering, and your DUPR profile needs to use your real first and last name so results can actually be matched to you.
What do I need to register?
Your team captain fills out one form for the whole team: everyone's name, email, DUPR ID, and shirt size, your team name and logo, your chosen division, and proof of payment for the registration fee. Full instructions are shown before you start.
